More Ways to Help Holston Valley UU Church Rebuild After Fire

As you may have heard, Holston Valley UU Church lost its Religious Education Center and many valuable resources housed there in a fire last Friday.

UU blogger Ms. Kitty is posting regular updates from her correspondence with Rev. Christine Riley (the interim minister at Holston Valley) about how UU’s around the country can help. In addition to accepting monetary donations (see previous post), the congregation also welcomes gifts of arts supplies for RE, as well as books and videos for the Buddhist Sangha group that met in the RE building. Ms. Kitty also reports that “calls and emails from all over the country are rolling in to offer support and encouragement for Holston Valley UUC.”
